At Terra Landscape, we value teamwork, accountability, clear communication, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily job schedules and requirements with maintenance and irrigation managersPrepare and assist with work orders for landscape maintenance and irrigation servicesFollow up with customers to ensure clear communication and issue resolutionSupport office staff with contracts, billing coordination, and material and plant ordersTrack material orders and assist with delivery coordinationActively manage and update CRM systems and follow up on new and existing customer leadsServe as backup support for the Office Manager by answering and directing incoming calls as neededParticipate in weekly department and coordination meetingsAct as a liaison between field crews and office staff to ensure work is completed accurately and on scheduleProvide general administrative and operational support as neededPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience2 years of experience in an administrative or operations coordination role preferredKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong customer service orientation and interest in the landscape industryExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple schedules, tasks, and priorities simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail and ability to follow established processes and proceduresStrong verbal and written communication skillsBilingual in English and Spanish requiredProficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPointExperience with CRM systems preferredCompensation & BenefitsHourly pay range: $24 to $30 per hour, based on experience$1,000 sign-on bonus$500 paid at start$500 paid after 90 daysMonthly performance bonus program with eligibility for quarterly bonusesHealth, dental, and life insuranceRetirement plan with employer matchingPaid time off and paid sick leavePaid training and career development opportunitiesRequirements:
