We’re looking for a motivated, dependable, and experienced Landscape Manager to join our growing landscaping company.
The right person will be a strong leader who can keep crews organized, maintain quality standards, communicate with customers and team members, and make sure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and coordinating daily landscape production
- Supervising and supporting field crews
- Scheduling jobs, crews, and materials
- Ensuring quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Maintaining productivity and job-site efficiency
- Communicating with customers and management
- Helping train and develop team members
- Ensuring company equipment and vehicles are properly maintained
Requirements:
✅ Valid driver’s license
✅ Clean driving record
✅ No criminal history
✅ Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Landscaping/production experience preferred
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
