Qualifications
- Experience in joint planning, operational design, and military decision-making processes, including practical application in joint or interagency environments.
- Background in military operations, intelligence, protection, or strategic planning, preferably with service in joint commands, special operations, or senior staff roles.
- Strong instructional, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to teach complex concepts to diverse adult learners using clear, structured methods.
- Proficiency in developing training materials, lesson plans, and scenarios, including use of standard office and presentation software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide clear feedback, maintain documentation, and collaborate with government and contractor partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a professional training environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to evolving mission and curriculum requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., National Security, Strategic Studies, Criminal Justice, Management) or equivalent experience; advanced professional military education is highly desirable.
