Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Madison, WI, for a Project Manager/Estimator. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. You will estimate project costs, establish schedules, oversee procurement and logistics, and manage project documentation. The role also involves regular communication with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
- B.S in Civil Engineering with 5 years of experience
- P.E. and/or project management experience in civil and foundations construction preferred
- Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and manage tight deadlines
- Ability to successfully negotiate terms and conditions
- Excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer software proficient, specifically with estimating and job cost tracking software
