We are looking for a full-time and/o part-time reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team in our facility in Amelia Court House (VA). This position involves assisting with the production of traditional Italian cured meats including Guanciale (Pork Jowl) and Pancetta (Pork Belly), and helping maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety in our facility.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with meat preparation, including cutting, slicing, seasoning, tying and packaging.
- Operate processing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas and tools throughout the day.
- Follow strict sanitation and hygiene procedures to ensure a safe food production environment.
- Weigh, label, and package finished products accurately.
- Monitor product quality and report any irregularities.
- Assist with receiving, inventory, and stock rotation.
- Wear required PPE (hairnets, gloves, aprons, etc.) at all times in production areas.
- Follow applicable State and Federal governmental regulations, including but not limited to HACCP, USDA, PCQI, OSHA, GMP, Health Department Safety.
Who we are looking for:
- Reliable and team-oriented person.
- Experience in food, meat production, or cleaning preferred but not required - training will be provided.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the production process.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Schedule: The facility is open from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
