Chewbies is one of our fastest‑rising THC gummy brands—bringing bold flavors, good vibes, and premium quality to the Wisconsin market. As we continue expanding, we’re looking for an outgoing, high‑energy individual to help grow Chewbies’ presence across the state.
Terpfusion is headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina, but this role is fully remote and dedicated to servicing the state of Wisconsin, with potential for future expansion into nearby regions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead sales efforts for the Chewbies gummy brand across Tennessee, focusing on face-to-face customer engagement, account development, and market expansion through extensive statewide travel.
- Prioritize face‑to‑face selling, supported by strong telemarketing, digital communication, and technology skills to reach new prospects.
- Partner with independent retailers and regional distributors to secure placement and expand Chewbies’ footprint.
- Set up in‑store product displays and marketing materials to maximize visual impact and point‑of‑purchase conversions.
- Educate and train store staff on Chewbies’ features, benefits, and selling points to strengthen product knowledge and sales confidence.
- Coordinate and host tastings, demos, and promotional events, either independently or alongside a brand ambassador.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on product updates, market feedback, and territory strategy.
- Stay current on cannabinoids, hemp‑derived molecules, and state/local regulations relevant to Chewbies and the Tennessee market.
- Complete order write‑ups, invoicing, packaging protocols, and CRM documentation with accuracy and urgency.
- Prepare, ship, and deliver product samples to prospective and existing accounts.
- Attend trade shows as a vendor, including required air travel (REAL ID or valid passport needed).
Qualifications
Required
- Ideal candidate will reside in central Tennessee
- Exceptional people skills with a strong customer‑service mindset
- Highly organized multitasker with the ability to manage a fast‑moving territory
- Professional, prompt communicator across phone, email, and text
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively for in‑person sales
- Team‑oriented, adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working independently in the field
Preferred
- 2 years of sales experience (inbound and/or outbound)
- Experience in hemp, cannabinoids, or counterculture industries
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), Microsoft Office, and basic design software
- Associate degree or higher, or a proven track record of strong sales performance
- 21 years of age or older

- Paid time off (2 weeks/yr after 90 days; 3 weeks/yr after 3 years)

Compensation
- $57,000 base salary 1% commission
- First‑year expected earnings: $65,000
- Subsequent years’ expected earnings: $70,000
- Commission is uncapped and earned on clients you close and manage
- Mileage and travel-related reimbursement
Schedule
- Typically Monday–Friday (occasional weekend travel for trade shows)
- Hours/days vary based on customer needs
- Trade show travel required (some weekends)
