Terpening Terrace, Eugene’s premier retirement community, is hiring a full-time Maintenance Assistant to join our dedicated Maintenance team. We seek a detail-oriented individual with passion, integrity, and a commitment to serving seniors.
Work Schedule: Thursday–Monday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18–$22/hour, depending on experience (DOE)
Requirements: Must pass criminal background check and drug test
Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC systems, and appliances is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities: Maintain resident apartments, assist with apartment turnovers, handle resident work orders, and support custodial tasks as needed.
