Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after sales.
- Educate customers on cannabis products, their effects, usage, and benefits.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of all products in store inventory.
- Operate a POS system and handle cash/credit transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant store environment.
- Ensure all interactions reflect Terp Bros’ values and professionalism.
- Attend product trainings to stay informed on cannabis trends and offerings.
- Follow all Terp Bros policies and NYS cannabis regulations.
- Help build lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Support a positive team culture and contribute to a dynamic retail environment.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Solid understanding of cannabis and a passion for the industry.
- Dutchie POS experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a professional and calm demeanor.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Intermediate math skills and cash-handling accuracy.
