Job Summary
The Assistant Project Manager will support the construction of multifamily apartment projects from pre-construction through completion. This role works closely with the Project Manager and field team to help keep projects on schedule, on budget, and aligned with quality standards.
Duties
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordination of apartment construction projects
- Work with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects moving
- Help track project schedules, budgets, and key milestones
- Participate in site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
- Assist in reviewing change orders, invoices, and project documentation
- Help identify and resolve issues in the field or with scheduling
- Maintain organized project files and communication logs
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or related field
- Degree in construction management or related field preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
