Role Description
This full-time hybrid Roof Advisor role is based in Woodstock, GA, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Roof Advisor, you will engage with clients to offer expert guidance on roofing and restoration projects, assess and document property conditions, prepare accurate reports and proposals, and oversee project timelines. You will collaborate closely with contractors, insurance companies, and clients to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction while upholding high safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills for building lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to assess roof and property conditions, document damage, and prepare detailed proposals and reports.
- Sales acumen and negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset are highly desired.
- Proficiency in using software tools for documentation, project tracking, and estimating.
- Familiarity with roofing and restoration techniques, materials, and industry regulations; prior experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
- Willingness and ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to travel locally for client and project meetings.
- Interest or experience in insurance collaboration and claims processes is a plus.
