In this Customer Service & Sales Representative role, you'll support customers with scheduling and service needs - and just as importantly, you'll turn inquiries into sales and offer additional services that meet their needs.
*Actual earnings depend on queue assignment and individual performance. Representatives in the customer care queue typically earn around $37,500 annually, while those handling more sales-driven calls may earn $50,000 based on results.What you'll do:
- Answer inbound calls from existing and new customers.
- Assist with scheduling, payments, and customer retention.
- Convert service inquiries into sales.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on proposals or confirm service.
- Provide price quotes, track proposals, and follow up with leads.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed.
- Deliver great service with a problem-solving mindset.
- Hit individual sales targets and support team performance goals.

Schedule & availability:
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts scheduled between the hours of 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Occasional Saturdays may be required
