As a Commercial Pest Control Technician, you'll help protect businesses, employees, customers, and communities from unwanted pests such as rodents, cockroaches, ants, mosquitoes, bed bugs, and other infestations. Your work directly supports the health, safety, and reputation of commercial facilities including offices, hospitals, warehouses, manufacturing plants, retail stores, and healthcare facilities.

What You'll Do

As a Commercial Pest Control Technician, you will:

• Provide pest control and pest prevention services for commercial customers
• Perform scheduled inspections, treatments, and pest management programs
• Identify signs of pest activity and develop effective treatment solutions
• Apply pesticides and integrated pest management (IPM) techniques safely and effectively
• Complete interior and exterior pest treatments, including perimeter applications
• Perform seasonal services, including mosquito control and prevention programs
• Maintain accurate service records using mobile technology and reporting systems
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and service results with customers
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service
• Organize and maintain compliance and audit standards for key accounts
• Manage your daily route and schedule efficiently
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services to existing and prospective customers

Unlike hourly positions with fixed earnings, our compensation structure gives you the opportunity to significantly increase your income through production, customer retention, sales, and monthly bonuses.

Average Technician Earnings: $52,000 - $62,000 annually
