Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role combines strategy, content creation, community engagement, and marketing activation to elevate our brand in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate thrives in a startup environment, brings fresh ideas, and can execute projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Manage daily social media content and posting schedules across multiple platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Source, curate, and share User Generated Content (UGC) from installers, customers, and influencers.
- Collaborate on creative campaigns, trends, short-form video content (Reels, TikToks), and event coverage.
- Design graphics and multimedia content that aligns with brand strategy and campaign goals.
Community Engagement
- Moderate comments, direct messages, and group discussions to foster an active, engaged community.
- Generate leads and identify collaboration opportunities with installers, influencers, and community partners at events.
Event Marketing & Experiential Activities
- Plan, set up, and tear down marketing booths and displays at local events and trade shows.
- Attend events to capture high-quality photography and videography for social and marketing purposes.
Advertising & Analytics
- Develop and manage Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) to drive brand awareness and conversions.
- Support Google SEM (Search Engine Marketing) efforts, including keyword planning, ad creation, and performance tracking.
- Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media, paid media, and event initiatives.
- Report qualitative and quantitative insights, including community sentiment, engagement trends, and campaign performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in photography, videography, and graphic design.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms—including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok—with knowledge of current trends, engagement strategies, and influencer collaboration.
- Working knowledge of Google SEM and Meta advertising campaigns.
- Passion for the automotive industry, particularly Paint Protection Films (PPF) and window films.
- Creative, energetic, and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
