Terminal Security Solutions is actively expanding our security team at Port Canaveral—one of the busiest cruise ports in the world. If you’re professional, dependable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you.
Pay & Schedule
- $18.65 per hour
- Part-Time
- Must be available Thursday–Monday, 4:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekends & holidays required
- Same-day job offers possible
Position Overview
As a Credentialed Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant environment for passengers, crew, vendors, and port personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Control access for passengers, crew, vendors, and vehicles
- Verify TWIC cards, IDs, and credentials
- Patrol terminals and secured areas
- Monitor and document security activity
- Provide professional customer service
- Enforce TSA/FSP regulations and port security protocols
Minimum Requirements
- Active TWIC Card or TWIC receipt
- Active Florida Class D Security License
- Two valid forms of ID
- Ability to pass background check & drug screening
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk outdoors for extended periods
