Looking for a kitchen job with a view?
Terlingua Ranch Lodge and the Bad Rabbit Café are located in the high desert of Far West Texas, about 45 minutes from Big Bend National Park. We're looking for a dependable Line Cook who can handle a busy service, stay organized, and take pride in serving consistently great food.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and plate menu items with consistency and attention to detail
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready for service
- Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner shifts
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Support your teammates to keep the kitchen running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Previous line cook or commercial kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to stay calm and organized during busy service
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable living and working in a remote community
The Work Environment
This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced kitchen. You'll spend most of your shift on your feet, working with a small team to serve guests from around the world who come to experience the Big Bend region.
