Role Description
As a full-time Design & Construction Project Coordinator, you will contribute to the growth of Teriyaki Madness by assisting with the execution and management of shop design and construction projects. This on-site position, based in Denver, CO, involves coordinating with contractors, ensuring construction timelines and budgets are met, reviewing design plans for compliance, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. You will play an integral role in ensuring projects run smoothly, efficiently, and align with our brand standards.
Project Documentation and Organization
- Collect information from emails and distribute it to the correct folders, systems, and project locations.
- Save drawings, permits, and related documents in the appropriate shared directories to maintain accurate and organized project files.
- Create and maintain project profile pages, ensuring all essential information is up to date and accessible.
Systems Management
- Input key project dates, documentation links, drawings, permits, and other required items into FranConnect and Egnyte.
- Regularly update Monday.com boards to reflect project progress, status changes, and upcoming tasks.
Project Coordination
- Follow up with architects and General Contractors (GCs) on project status and ensure updates are accurately recorded across systems.
- Follow up with GCs on outstanding items, timelines, and documentation needs.
- Log GC updates, responses, and deliverables into FranConnect to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Support project managers with administrative tasks that help drive project accuracy and on‑time delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Monday.com, FranConnect, and Egnyte (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Effective communicator with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Comfortable managing digital files, documents, and data entry with accuracy and consistency.
