Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) team members for a dynamic food service environment. This position offers the advantage of NO early mornings and NO late nights, providing a balanced work schedule. Ideal candidates will have experience in the food industry, including dining service, food preparation, or culinary roles. Whether you have restaurant experience, catering background, or culinary skills, this opportunity is perfect for those passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences while maintaining a manageable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen stations
• Handle food safely, adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Support meal preparation and plating for both dine-in and catering events
• Assist with menu planning and ingredient sourcing as needed
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations during food handling and service
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in dietary departments, food service, or culinary roles is preferred
• Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniques
• Experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is a plus
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation are desirable
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work during scheduled shifts that avoid early mornings and late nights
• Prior experience in catering or serving roles is advantageous

Pay: $ $14.00 per hour
