We are looking for a self-motivated individual to interface with imports as well as office management skills. Must be organized, detailed oriented and motivated to learn and grow in the company. Great opportunity for a recent graduate or 1-3 years of industry experience preferably in production.
Salary will be commensurate with experience: $45,000-$65,000
Position Overview:
As a Teri Jon production office assistant – you are an important part of the production team. You assist in coordinating materials, calendar deadlines to ensure materials are delivered on time, working with sourcing partners to plan and cost items.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule, track and report on all requested materials
- Compiles and reviews all material, fabric and data sheets for accuracy and quality
- Communicates daily with design, suppliers regarding materials and pricing.
- Copy, distribute and file all paperwork and swatches on a daily basis to the appropriate recipients.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent life experience
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong math and collaborative skills
- Great Organizational Skills
- Able to work in a fluid, fast-paced, multi-channel environment
