Part-Time Overnight Direct Support Professional (Residential)

As an Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional at TERI, you’ll help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging home environment where adults with special needs can truly thrive. This role is perfect for someone compassionate, dependable, and excited to make a positive difference during the overnight hours.

In this position, you’ll support residents through nighttime routines, maintain a calm and safe home, and ensure they feel comfortable and well-supported going into the morning. TERI’s Residential Services program provides long-term, life-enriching support— and our DSPs play an invaluable role in that mission.

TERI provides full training for Med Pass Certification and preparation for the Class B Driver’s License, with all training completed within 60 days. You’ll be fully supported as you grow and develop in your care career.

Qualifications –

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Must be able obtain a Class B Driver’s License and Med Pour Certification
• One year of experience working with intellectual & developmental disabilities
• Clean driving record for the past two years

Pay –

$20.00 Hourly

Monday-Friday: 9:00pm to 6:00am | Saturday-Sunday: 9:00am-9:00pm
