The Teresian House is currently hiring RN Supervisors. Full Time Evenings (2:45p-11:15p) and Full-time Night shift (10:45p-7:15a)!

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee all nursing concerns including assessments of resident concerns.
• Use 24-hour Condition Sheets as minimum information makes rounds on each floor to ascertain condition of residents, oversee nursing care and identify problems.
• Analyze workload for the shift, prioritizes and divides tasks equitably and fairly between shift supervisors.
• Be a support to staff to maintain and provide care based on NYS Regulatory Guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a State approved school of nursing.
• Possess current license as Registered Nurse in New York State.
• At least one year's experience in Long Term Care supervisory capacity.
• Must have demonstrated administrative ability to deal with required nursing functions.
• Must be able to communicate verbal and written instructions to all levels of staff.
• Genuine interest in the care of geriatric residents
• Willingness to perform any and all nursing duties to support Teresian House Residents
• Possess CPR certification (preferred). Will train if expired.
