Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Certified Surgical Technologist role based in Bridgeville, PA. The Certified Surgical Technologist will be responsible for preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and assisting surgeons during procedures. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring surgical instruments are properly handled, maintaining a sterile environment, and collaborating with the surgical team to support optimal patient care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Surgical Technology and maintaining a sterile operating field
- Knowledge and experience in Operating Room procedures and environment
- Skills in Surgical Assisting and supporting surgeons during procedures
- Understanding of Medicine and surgical practices
- Experience in Surgery, including handling instruments and patient care related to surgical procedures
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) qualification, or equivalent certification
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Prior experience in a healthcare or surgical setting preferred
