What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Low Voltage Installer / Field Operations Manager (Growth Role) position at Terapixels Systems?
We’re looking for someone who:
- Came up through the field (installer → lead tech → ready for more)
- Has 5 years of hands-on experience in:
- CCTV systems (install programming)
- Access control (install programming)
- Structured cabling (Cat5/6, pathways, conduit)
- Building out and organizing MDFs / IDFs
- Can run jobs AND still jump on the tools when needed
- Has experience managing subcontractors and small crews
- Has strong communication and administrative skills
- Is comfortable using the full Microsoft Office / productivity suite
- Is willing to travel when needed
