Role
Our approach to learning is to create authentic, resonant, and digestible content that is steeped in real
world experiences. Our focus is generally on workplace conduct and conflict, bringing a lens of safety,
inclusion and equity to work culture. This role is tasked with creating learning experiences that enable
the user to achieve the desired outcome in a human-centered and goal-oriented way. We strive to meet
the user wherever it is they are on their learning journey, empower them and provide them with the
tools to feel confident in taking actionable next steps.
We are specifically looking for candidates with a history working within, representing, and advocating
for communities of color, especially those that are under-represented in Tech.

Responsibilities
- Drive a comprehensive curriculum covering strategies for handling all types of workplace conflict,
- Research and write Learning Modules, Fictional Narratives, and Daily Tips to serve as a model for
- Imagine dynamic and interactive digital learning elements in service of both pedagogical and DEI
Experience/Skills Desired
- Experience with instructional science and educational pedagogy. Has developed culturally
- Expert in DEI best practices, latest strategies/research, and effective interventions grounded in
- Finely-honed writing skills – both compelling narrative and effective instructional.
- Consumer-focus and ability to communicate in a conversational, succinct and activating manner.
- Effective and empathetic interviewer.
- Cultural competency
- Inclination to a Build-Measure-Learn approach. Practiced in Lean and Design Thinking principles
- Experience working in an industry other than Tech is a plus.
