HOSTESS
As a Hostess at Tequilas, you play an essential role in ensuring an excellent and welcoming experience providing a positive first and last impression to every guest as well as answering any questions they might have and prepping and handing off to-go orders. We are looking for highly motivated individuals that can handle working in a fast paced-team environment. Our busy restaurant means consistent hours, flexible schedules, and plenty of opportunity! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Quote accurate wait time and answer any questions a guest may have.
- Interact courteously with guests (answer phones, greet and seat guests, make reservations, take to go orders)
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards by completing practices at front door, host desk, lobby area, and crowd control
- Learn restaurant seating layout and how tables are divided into server areas
- Set and clear a table neatly and efficiently according to Tequilas specifications
- Learn curb side process and takeout expectations
- Conducts side work as required in each shift
