Hiring Experienced Automotive Detailer

Detailer Shop Manager
This position consists of, but is not limited to, the following:

• Perform and/or supervise all functions relating to the effective operations of the detail shop including the review, continuously, of the general business climate for the store.
• Adjust staffing, materials, and inventories as needed.
• Maintain the facilities of the detail shop to produce high-quality service.
• Ensure customers are serviced at the highest level of satisfaction through quality service/products, courteous employees, and quick response to all customer inquiries and/or complaints establishing conclusions promptly.
• Perform opening and closing duties daily.
• Safe driving on dealership premises.
• Detailing used inventory, prepping cars for the lot, and cleaning cars up for delivery. This is a working management position.
• Inspection of each vehicle processed through detail and maintaining proper documentation.
• Other tasks as assigned by Teph Seal management.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A MINIMUM of 1 or more years of management/leadership. (Preferred, but will train the right candidate. Must possess automotive detailing experience if the candidate has relative management experience.)
• A MINIMUM of 1 or more years of automotive detailing experience. (Preferred, but will train the right candidate. Must possess strong management or leadership experience if the candidate has relative automotive detailing experience.)
• The ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• The ability to demonstrate good judgment.
• Neat and professional appearance.
