What you’ll do
- Oversee daily operations, sccheduling, inventory, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards
- Train and develop staff through hands-on coaching and mentoring to enhance their skills
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste
- Handle cash management processes, including register reconciliation and financial reporting
- Supervise kitchen operations to maintain food safety protocols and high culinary standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning to optimize restaurant profitability
- Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving overall performance
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen management practices
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Micros POS systems for efficient order processing
- Background in fine dining or casual dining settings is a plus
- Leadership experience with a focus on team management and development
