Pay range: $19.81 - $25.28 per hour per diem for travelers 95 miles from the job site.

As a Laborer, you will operate various tools, equipment, and instruments to support project needs.

About The Job

As a Laborer, you will operate various tools, equipment, and instruments to support project needs.
Job Functions
- Perform general labor tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and debris removal.
- Load, transport, unload, and furnish project sites with materials, equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Set up and break down work areas, barricades, and temporary structures as necessary.
- Maintain a clean work area and restock supplies and materials as necessary.
- Properly store construction materials.
- Climb ladders and scaffolding and lift materials.
- Use hand and power tools for disassembly/assembly of system components.
- Use manual and powered excavation tools/equipment.
- Follow safe working procedures.
- Clean and prepare job sites to eliminate possible hazards.
- Perform other routine duties as directed by Foreman, Superintendents, and other supervisory personnel.
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on construction experience
- Some experience operating power tools and equipment required
- Must have physical dexterity
- Must be able to follow verbal directions
- Must be able to identify and stop unsafe work practices around jobsites that present imminent danger to others
- Must be able to identify and find different jobsite building materials, tools, and equipment in order to follow directions given by supervisors
- Must be willing to travel
- Must be able to pass a background check required to access US military installations
- Must have a valid driver’s license
