Responsibilities

What does a Service Shuttle Driver do?

• Driving service customers to and from destinations.
• Moving customer vehicles to designated service parking areas.
• Greeting customers
• Picking up customer vehicles and returning them
• Driving service customer cars thru the car wash
• Driving vehicles after repairs so tech can confirm repairs
• Available Hours Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm

• Proficiency in use of basic computer and phone systems

Good to Know Before You Start!

• Be prepared to work approximately 20 - 30 hours per week
• Team players only! You will work with multiple departments and many different people.
• Know your work makes a difference! Delivering exceptional customer service is our mission and why customers return to Tenvoorde Ford.
• You will have support! We have a veteran staff to teach and assist.
• You may be asked to perform other duties. With additional responsibilities comes additional pay.
• Must be adaptive to and embrace change
• You will need basic computer skills and the ability to navigate job related applications on your cell phone.
• Some physical work will be necessary. We all contribute to help the team. On a rare occasion you may be asked to assist with carrying, lifting or moving things.
