Responsibilities
What does a Part Time Receptionist do?
- Answering phones in a professional and courteous manner to provide our customers the best experience.
- Meet and greet customers to answer questions or direct them to the correct department or employee.
- Scanning documents via scanning software.
- Work with the office staff to fulfill general office duties which include (but not limited to) filing, scanning, greeting customers, taking payment, answering phones and doing other daily work.
- 3:00pm - 8:00pm shift M - F and rotating Saturday 8:30am - 5:00pm with other PT receptionist.
- Must be a “team player”
- Must be reliable, show up on time.
- Exceptional ability to learn and grow.

- Ability and willingness to adopt modern technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in use of basic computer and phone systems
