Role Description The New Car Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in St Cloud, MN. This position oversees the new vehicle sales team, sets sales goals, monitors performance, and ensures consistent achievement of dealership objectives. Daily responsibilities include coaching and mentoring sales staff, managing sales processes from initial contact through delivery, and supporting team members in closing deals while maintaining high standards of customer service. The manager collaborates with other departments to coordinate inventory, pricing, and promotional activities, and uses reporting tools to track sales metrics and identify opportunities for growth. This role also focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving concerns, and promoting a culture of integrity and customer satisfaction in all sales interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused mindset with skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Experience overseeing Sales and Sales Processes within an automotive dealership or similar environment.
- Knowledge of new and Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales operations, including inventory, pricing, and finance coordination.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on-site, including evenings and weekends as needed.
