Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a senior developer or lead on a development team.
- Plan and design features with a solid understanding of overall architecture.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Take ownership of delivering quality software solutions.
- Handle bug fixes and system enhancements.
- Participate in coding challenges focused on high-level design and expectations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years, ideally 7-8 years, of professional development experience.
- Strong backend development skills with C# and .NET.
- Front-end experience primarily with Angular; TypeScript knowledge is a plus. Flexible candidates with React or other front-end frameworks are also considered.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- No Java skills required.
- Exposure to AI tools that support development is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning via courses, certifications, or passion projects.
