Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent AI and data-driven projects within Our Client's Innovation Lab, ensuring timely delivery aligned with strategic business goals.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams (data science, engineering) and business units, fostering alignment and efficient communication.
- Conduct regular project meetings, status reporting, and prepare executive presentations that highlight progress, risks, and recommendations.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks; proactively resolve issues to ensure operational readiness and successful deployment.
- Support and refine Agile frameworks and best practices, contributing to internal process improvements and playbook development.
- Promote collaboration across functions, ensuring clarity in roles, expectations, and deliverables.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, balancing technical feasibility with business needs and timelines.
- Minimum of 7–10 years in project management within technology, data science, or analytics-heavy environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with diverse teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills capable of bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data platforms, and architecture modernization — while not coding, understanding fundamentals is key.
- Experience in financial services, consulting, or large enterprise technology environments.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, be adaptable, curious, and self-motivated.
- Past experience working in large financial institutions
- Experience leading AI/data-focused innovation labs or digital transformation initiatives.
