What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Learning Architect position at Tential Solutions?
Role Overview
Our client is looking to add a Sr. Learning Architect to their team in a remote role. This role sits within the Critical Skills and Capabilities group and supports a Tech & Analytics team's Generative AI learning needs. Rather than creating training from scratch, this person will focus on identifying skills gaps and curating structured learning journeys using existing platforms — primarily DataCamp, Pluralsight, and internal tools. The right candidate is a strategic diagnostician — someone who assesses where gaps exist in GenAI knowledge and designs targeted learning paths to close them, not a content creator building courses from the ground up.
