The IAM Systems Administrator – CyberArk Privilege Cloud will manage and optimize the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform, ensuring secure credential management and compliance with Zero Trust principles. This role collaborates with security, cloud, infrastructure, and compliance teams to maintain operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain CyberArk Privileged Cloud environments
- Onboard/manage privileged accounts, safes, and credentials using PVWA, PSM, CPM
- Troubleshoot password rotation, policy issues, and integrations
- Monitor CyberArk health and performance
- Configure/enforce security policies
- Support audits and maintain documentation
- Minimum 2-year college degree required.
- MUST have 2 years CyberArk PAM operational experience
- CyberArk certification
- Strong understanding of IAM, PAM, and Zero Trust principles
- Familiarity with PVWA, PSM, CPM
- Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, RBAC
- Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field
- Experience with CyberArk EPM, WPM, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), SailPoint IIQ
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python)
- Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA)
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOX)
