What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound member communications regarding delinquent accounts
- Educate members on available payment options and account resolution programs
- Research account information and provide accurate solutions
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and consultative approach during difficult conversations
- Document member interactions and account activity accurately
- Meet quality, productivity, and compliance expectations
- Deliver an exceptional member experience while balancing business objectives
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service, collections, call center, banking, financial services, or related experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain professional and empathetic during challenging conversations
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong computer navigation and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Must reside within 40 miles of the Pensacola office
- Successful completion of criminal and company background screenings required
- Candidates with outstanding debt obligations related to the organization must have those balances resolved prior to employment
