Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Over 5 years of accounting experience
• Extensive expertise in bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, and General Ledger systems
• Proficient in Excel, O365, and QuickBooks
• Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and oral)
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a collaborative remote team setting
• Exceptional attention to detail and self-motivation
  
  

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience with project management software (e.g., Monday, Asana)
• Controller-level experience for small to mid-sized companies or non-profits
• Familiarity with non-profit and restricted funds accounting and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
  

Preferred Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably working with multiple clients or within client services
  
  

Other Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Comfort in remote working conditions
• Participation in audits and financial reviews as needed
• Adaptability to accomplish custom projects and maintain client-specific documentation
