Hybrid role: 20 hours/ week (Remote/ on-site)
At Tenthpin, we are seeking for a motivated Working Student in Finance to join our team in Germany and support various finance and administrative processes. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas within a dynamic Finance team.
The opportunity
- Support administrative and operational finance processes
- Assist with data entry, documentation, and reporting tasks
- Help coordinate onboarding/offboarding and internal processes
- Provide support for accounting and compliance activities
- Contribute to cross-functional projects within the Finance team
- Support improvements in data accuracy and process efficiency
Your experience
- Initial experience or exposure to administrative or corporate environments
- Strong interest in Finance and willingness to learn
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel functions are a strong plus)
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to grow professionally
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
