Job Overview :
We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the execution of marketing strategies, coordinate projects, and ensure smooth communication across teams. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a solid foundation in marketing while contributing to impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
tCoordinate marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
tAssist in the development and distribution of marketing materials, including social media posts, newsletters, and promotional content.
tMaintain content calendars and oversee scheduling across marketing channels.
tConduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
tMonitor and report on campaign performance metrics, offering actionable recommendations for improvement.
tServe as a point of contact for cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
tSupport event planning and execution, including webinars, trade shows, and company events.
tManage and update the companys website and social media platforms as needed
tSupport individual attorneys with their marketing needs, including the creation of client proposals, presentations, and other tailored materials.
Qualifications :
tBachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
tStrong organizational and project management skills.
tExcellent written and verbal communication abilities.
tFamiliarity with digital marketing practices, including social media, email campaigns, and basic SEO principles.
tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics) is a plus.
