Overview A growing team is looking for a proactive Salesforce professional who can take ownership of platform administration while also driving user enablement. This role blends hands-on system management with training, support, and continuous improvement. The person in this position will work independently, serve as a point of contact for user needs, and help influence enhancements to the Salesforce ecosystem. This is a 6-month contract role with the potential to transition to full-time.Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations, including user setup, permission oversight, and handling incoming support requests. Lead onboarding sessions, recurring training, and walkthroughs of new features or projects in development. Create and deliver training materials, job aids, and other resources to support user adoption. Build and maintain workflows within digital adoption platforms (e.g., Pendo.io). Contribute to documentation efforts, knowledge-base articles, and cross-team coordination. Provide functional support and troubleshoot issues to keep users productive. Evaluate new Salesforce releases and propose process or system optimizations. Partner with technical teams to review in-progress work and provide user-focused feedback.Required Experience & Skills Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related area. Active Salesforce Administrator certification. Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, administration, and user support/training. Roughly 7 years working with HTML, CSS, metadata structures, and tagging concepts. Solid understanding of Salesforce capabilities and platform best practices. Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and take initiative. Strong communication, documentation, and facilitation skills. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud is advantageous. Background in training, L&D, or onboarding is helpful. Familiarity with digital adoption or learning tools such as Pendo, WalkMe, or Whatfix. Working knowledge of permissions, flows, and basic Apex concepts is preferred. Experience mapping or documenting processes and instructional workflows.
