Overview: We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer to design, build, and optimize Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or IdentityNow, strong development skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security, governance, and user lifecycle processes.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, configure, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow solutions, including workflows, rules, connectors, and integrations.Build and maintain lifecycle event workflows such as joiner/mover/leaver processes.Develop and customize SailPoint rules using Java, Beanshell, and XML.Create and maintain connectors/integrations for applications, directories, and databases.Implement role-based access control (RBAC), provisioning, certification campaigns, and policy enforcement.Troubleshoot IAM issues including provisioning failures, workflow errors, and connector defects.Collaborate with security, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure proper identity governance and audit readiness.Support upgrades, patches, and environment migrations.Document technical designs, configurations, and processes.Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.Required Qualifications:3 years of experience as a SailPoint Developer or IAM Engineer.Strong hands-on work with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow, including configuration and custom development.Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, and REST/SOAP APIs.Experience with directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD), databases (SQL), and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred).Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access governance, RBAC, and compliance frameworks.Strong understanding of authentication/authorization standards (SAML, SCIM, OAuth, LDAP).Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:SailPoint Professional or IdentityNow certifications.Experience with CI/CD, Git, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tooling.Background in cybersecurity, IAM architecture, or broader security engineering.Experience working in Agile environments.Soft Skills:Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and security.
