Position - 180 Recruiter

Location - Onsite in Philadelphia

Our team in Philadelphia is expanding, and we’re on the hunt for a 180 Recruiter to join us!

Due to this continued growth, Tenth Revolution Group is looking for a Delivery (180) Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Tampa. You will be joining a friendly, motivated, close-knit team of successful consultants.

What you will be responsible for:

You are a relationship builder! This is a sales-driven position where you develop relationships with skilled IT professionals to place them into open roles.

How you will do this:

• Sourcing Candidates: Proactively via LinkedIn, Job Boards, Advertising, Referrals, and our Internal Database.
• Proactive Business Development: Seeking out and building relationships with new and existing candidates to identify new roles and opportunities.
• Full Recruitment Process Management: Arranging job interviews, salary negotiation, and closing to ensure the successful placement of your candidates.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• Previous experience with outbound sales is required – cold calling experience is preferred!
• Previous IT recruitment experience is a huge plus
• Ambitious individuals with a proven track record of success. This could be through sports, extracurricular activities, or your previous sales role(s)!
• Driven and resilient individuals with an ongoing desire to improve
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Compensation:

$41,500 - $60,000 *includes a base ($41,500) and projected commission potential for year 1, however, earnings are uncapped and can vary based on performance!

*We are open to both entry-level and experienced candidates (salary above is for entry-level)
