We are seeking a Valet Attendant to join our team at TENTEN Wilshire, a premier live, work and play destination. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, driving skills, and a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
-Greet guests in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner
-Open passenger doors and offer assistance, if appropriate
-Provide claim ticket and instruct guests on how to reclaim the vehicle
-Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
-Provide travel directions with information on property events and promotions
-Provide accurate and timely documentation and reports of departmental activities and status
-Adhere to company policies, including maintaining the safety and well-being of customers and all employees
Any other duties specially assigned by management.
Requirements:
-Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
-Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
-Ability to work independently as a part of a team
