RESPONSIBILITIES

• webMethods
• Good understanding of IS, Broker, UM, MWS, BPMS, Oracle DB, Unix, SSL certificates
• Analyze flow services & BPM models for troubleshooting issues
• Handle deployment activities, including package migrations, configuration updates, and hotfixes
• ControlM
• Take action for failures as needed(kill, force-complete,hold etc..)
• Configure SAP & Unix jobs
• Calender updates, Workload policy creations, getting new agents installed & upgrading ControlM agents.
• Work on Pagerduty Configurations
• API Gateway
• Good understanding of AWS components like EC2, Fargate, Elastic search etc..
• Good understanding of Terraform scripts, REST& SOAP web services
• Work on API Gateway & API Portal and webMethods flow services.
• MFT
• Configure new participants, adapters & relationships in the application.
• Good understanding of SSL, PGP, SSH, X509 certificates.
• Work with Unix scripts & Oracle DB.
• Work with bTrade vendor for tool related issues

• Analyze issues, work with application teams and businesses

• Co-ordinate between onsite & offshore for better hand-over

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and performance issues within defined SLAs, & provide RCA.
• Support disaster recovery (DR) and high availability (HA) setups and participate in DR drills
