People Operations Team Member

*This is a hybrid position in Tulsa, Oklahoma. 

This People Ops team member will focus on engagement and development across Tenstreet. You'll help new team members acclimate, grow, and succeed while partnering with leaders to strengthen our culture. 

The People Ops Team member will be responsible for{{:}} 

• Enhancing Team Member Experience{{:}} Designing and implementing programs and initiatives to improve the overall team member experience, including the onboarding of new Tenstreet team members from the first day to the end of their first year, engagement activities and ongoing coaching.
• Championing Tenstreet’s Culture{{:}} Empower team members to take ownership of cultural values and practices. 
• Supporting Development{{:}} Facilitate training and strategic experiences that foster personal and professional growth. 
• Collaborating Across People Ops{{:}} Work closely with team members to ensure smooth pre-hire and post-hire processes. 
• Driving New Initiatives{{:}} Lead People Ops projects aligned with your strengths and emerging skills. 
• Other related tasks as needed.
