Position Overview
We are seeking a Startup Executive Assistant Intern to work closely with the founder to support daily operations, organize documentation, track tasks, and manage external communications. This is an unpaid internship intended for high school students who are looking to gain hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, tech startups, and business operations.
Responsibilities
- Draft, organize, and manage business email correspondence
- Maintain Google Drive organization, including documents, invoices, and PDFs
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and calls
- Track ongoing tasks and deadlines using Google Sheets or Notion
- Take structured notes during virtual meetings and summarize action items
- Assist in follow-up communication with vendors, partners, and service providers
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school (sophomore to senior year)
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Clear, professional writing and communication abilities
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage responsibilities independently
- Familiarity with Gmail, Google Drive, and calendar tools
- Availability of approximately 5–7 hours per week with a flexible schedule
