We’re seeking talented and self-motivated software engineers, passionate in tackling complex and difficult problems, to join the Semantic Map Infra team. In this role, you play a crucial role in providing a reliable and scalable semantic map and routing infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the deployment and development of routing-related services.
• Responsible for the design and generation of navigation for autonomous vehicles.
• Collaborate effectively with upstream and downstream teams to understand and implement routing-related requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

• BS/MS in computer science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in site reliability engineering or a similar role, with a strong background in designing and maintaining large-scale distributed systems.
• Professional C experience designing navigation algorithms such as Dijkstra, A*.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C/C or Python.
  
  

Preferences

• Familiarity with the Valhalla, OSRM, or CH and related engineering optimization algorithms.
• 3 years of industrial experience in navigation system.
• Experience in optimization for routing and navigation.
• Experinece in common SD Map or HD Map formats, such as OpenDrive, OpenStreetMap.
• Deep understanding of one or more of the following: Computational geometry algorithms, GIS, Database, Protobuf, GRPC, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
