Motion and Behavior Planning Engineer
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize probabilistic and machine learning based planning software stack.
- Develop and improve tools’ efficiency to monitor online planning systems.
- Develop verification and test strategies to meet product requirements.
- Analyze and benchmark system performance to meet product requirements.
- Setting technical and product vision for the team, helping craft strategy and anticipating challenges related to scale.
- Proposing and developing software architecture based on product requirements.
Qualifications
- MS in Computer Science, Robotics, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong in Python and/or C programming skills.
- Experience in PyTorch/Tensorflow and its computation graph.
- Experience with building large-scale ML pipelines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferences
- PhD in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with developing ML based algorithms for prediction, motion planning or LLM/VLMs.
- Experience with ML model compression, quantization, distillation.
- Experience with GPU profiling, GPU scheduling.
- 2 years of industrial experience.
