Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Engineer based in Alpharetta, GA. As a Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ground stabilization and soil reinforcement solutions, analyzing complex engineering data, preparing technical reports, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. You will apply advanced engineering principles to support business goals, provide project management, and help drive innovative ideas to solve infrastructure challenges efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in civil or geotechnical engineering principles, including ground stabilization, subgrade design, and soil reinforcement
- Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and technical report writing
- Experience with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and advanced modeling tools
- Solid project management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of sustainable engineering practices is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
