Production Coordinator

TennMax America Inc. is a worldwide leader in electronic components for Aerospace and Military industries, headquartered in Vancouver, WA.

What you'll do: 

• Manage the Schedule and assign operators and prioritization
• Backup QC inspections and shipping
• Coordinate and overview training personnel
• Safety/OHSA Committee lead
• Coordinating production for all aspects of the production floor
• Coordinate with sales on the prioritization of production
• Key initial interface between sales and manufacturing on production questions
• Initial interface on quoting activity between customer service and manufacturing
• Supplier management; update documentation and verification
• Responsible for floor documentation control
• Ensuring Equipment maintenance logs are up to date
• Inventory management
• Ensuring all documentation is updated and accurately posted and provided to the manufacturing team

Who we want:

A person with attention to detail and a drive for high-quality work are core strengths. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to remain positive in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. The preferred candidate would be extremely organized and have experience using an ERP system and ability to work autonomously without supervision.

Preference to candidates with knowledge with 3D or Cad software, such as Autodesk or Fusion, and experience working in an ERP system in the manufacturing environment.
