We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key communication link between our customers and our production teams, ensuring accurate order processing and smooth, efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution
- Accurately enter, review, and maintain customer orders in our ERP system
- Coordinate closely with manufacturing, production scheduling, and shipping to support on‑time delivery
- Monitor work order progress and proactively communicate lead times, changes, or potential delays
- Provide customers with product information, documentation, and timely order status updates
- Support cross‑functional teams with various operational and administrative tasks to ensure an efficient workflow
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and order management processes
- Excellent communication, customer service, and follow‑through skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem‑solving ability and comfort working collaboratively across departments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
